How long does shipping take?
BEZELIER offers tracked worldwide delivery after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the confirmation email is sent.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days under the published refund policy. For fit questions, contact us before installation so we can help confirm the correct size and finish.
What if sizing, installation or finish feels wrong?
Keep the item unused and contact support@bezelier.com with your order number, Apple Watch size and clear photos. We will help troubleshoot fit, installation and defect concerns before daily wear.

Do I need tools to install a BEZELIER case?
Most BEZELIER Apple Watch case styles are designed for careful at-home installation. Before fitting the case, remove dust from the watch, align the buttons and crown, and avoid forcing any part into place. If the fit feels tight, contact support before wearing it daily.
Will the case affect charging or Apple Watch sensors?
Choose the correct millimeter size and install the case flush around the watch body. Keep the back sensors and charging area clean and uncovered, then test charging and button response before extended use.
How should I care for the finish?
Wipe the case with a soft dry microfiber cloth after wear. Avoid perfumes, alcohol cleaners, abrasive cloths, salt water and heavy impact so the finish stays sharp for longer.
